For any issues of a sensitive or professional nature, it is recommended to try and arrange a time to speak to your usual GP at the clinic to discuss your concerns, if you feel comfortable in doing so. If this is not possible or you would prefer to communicate without attending in person, please either write to the clinic addressing your concerns to an individual doctor or the practice manager, or alternatively you can email the clinic principal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For issues relating to accounts or financial matters, please contact email@example.com.
Another contact method is to speak to the reception staff about your issue and the staff will be happy to guide you as to the most efficient way to proceed towards resolution of your issue.
